This website is intended primarily for hospitals, diagnostic centres, imaging facilities and their authorised representatives seeking information about KA-RAD's radiology reporting coordination services for CT, MRI and X-Ray.

3. Service descriptions
References to day/night coverage, 365-day operational support, turnaround, radiologist availability, modalities or other service features describe the services KA-RAD may arrange. Actual coverage, priorities, turnaround targets, exclusions and responsibilities are those stated in the centre's written proposal, service agreement and operating SOP. Availability can depend on case type, image completeness, clinical information, network/platform status and agreed roster.
4. Radiologist reporting and centre responsibilities
Clinical interpretations are issued by appropriately qualified reporting professionals under the applicable service arrangement. KA-RAD coordinates business onboarding, workflow, case routing, support and related operations; it does not operate a centre's imaging equipment or replace the centre's treating clinicians, emergency pathway or clinical governance. Centres remain responsible for lawful image acquisition, accurate patient/study identification, relevant clinical information and acting on reports.
5. Quotations, fees and payment
Website content does not constitute a binding price offer. Fees, taxes, payment cycles, reporting scope and any technology-related commercial arrangements are confirmed in a written quotation or contract. A quotation becomes binding only when accepted in the manner stated in that document.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, submit malicious content, impersonate another person or organisation, or use the public enquiry form to send unlawful material or patient-identifiable clinical data.
7. Intellectual property
The KA-RAD name, logo, website design, original text, graphics and related brand material are owned by or used with permission by KA-RAD and may not be copied or represented as another service without permission, except where law permits.

These website terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve website-related concerns by contacting KA-RAD. Any jurisdiction or dispute process for contracted reporting services will be as stated in the signed service agreement.
